Brothers Josh and Sam Teskey will headline a national A Day On The Green tour in January 2025. Seattle indie rock outfit Band Of Horses will join The Teskey Brothers at wineries in New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia and Victoria, as well as Perth’s Burswood Park. The tour lineup also includes American folk and Americana songwriter Sierra Ferrell, Irish country-pop musician CMAT (aka Ciara Mary-Alice Thompson) and Naarm-based alt-pop musician and GuriNgai woman Charlie Needs Braces.
“It’s a huge thrill to be bringing together some of our favourite acts from around the world,” vocalist Josh Teskey said in a statement. “Honoured to be joined by the epic Band of Horses, Nashville legend Sierra Ferrell, always excited to see CMAT and our local favourite Charlie Needs Braces.”

The Teskeys carried out an extensive Australian tour from November 2023 to March 2024 in support of their third album, last year’s The Winding Way. They headed to North America in April and next month they’ll be back in Europe for a string of headline shows with support from Australian acts Liz Stringer, Folk Bitch Trio and Hussy Hicks.
Band Of Horses released their latest album, Things Are Great, in 2022, and followed up with the live release, Acoustic At The Ryman Vol. 2, in January this year. They haven’t played in Australia since 2016.
Ferrell’s latest, Trail of Flowers, came out via Rounder Records in March 2024. CMAT has recently been touring Europe and the US behind her 2023 LP, Crazymad, For Me, while Charlie Needs Braces released her latest album, Saltwater People, in January 2023.
