Growing Pains is the debut EP from Naarm-based neo soul artist Wild Gloriosa. The record, out now via Hopestreet Recordings, is the culmination of several years’ worth of songwriting and performing for the twentysomething musician.

Wild Gloriosa is the stage name of Gloria Ragesh, a Singapore-raised musician with South Indian roots. On Growing Pains, Ragesh channels the influence of everyone from Lianne La Havas to Bill Withers and Erykah Badu, bringing together elements of R&B, neo soul and jazz.

Ragesh worked on the EP with producer and keyboardist Jake Amy and bassist Anthony Liddell, the same pair who recently collaborated with Kee’ahn on the single “love you more.”

“This has been such a journey, writing with my two friends,” Ragesh said.
