Lime Cordiale are keeping mum about their upcoming third album, but they’ve unveiled big Australian tour plans with guests Ball Park Music. The tour’s name, Enough of the Sweet Talk, is speculated to be the title of the Northern Beaches duo’s next album, with a possible July release date. Either way, local Lime lovers will be able to catch the band on tour this October. Find all the details below.
“Ball Park Music are debatably the best band in the country,” Lime Cordiale’s Louis and Oli Leimbach said of their chosen support act. “They’ve been an inspiration to us since we first met 10 years ago.”
Ball Park Music seemed equally chuffed to be teaming up with Lime Cordiale for some of the biggest shows either band has ever played. “We’ve wanted to go on tour with the Lime legends for years but it’s always been a pipe dream… until now,” the Brisbane band said in a statement.

Lime Cordiale released their second LP, 14 Steps to a Better You, in July 2020, and the expanded edition, 14 Steps to a Better You (Relapse), that November. Then, in a development no one saw coming, the Leimbachs combined with actor Idris Elba on their next EP, Cordi Elba, released in January 2022.
They’ve kept up a steady stream of singles since then: “Facts of Life,” “Country Club” and “Colin” in 2022; “Imposter Syndrome,” “Op Shop Lover” (with grentperez) and “Pedestal” in 2023; and “The Big Reveal; Ou L’Hypocrite” this March.
