Dozens of performers and conference speakers have been added to the lineup for BIGSOUND 2024, happening in Brisbane/Meanjin this September. More than 50 acts have joined the festival lineup, including standout names Miiesha, tiffi and Armlock, plus J-MILLA and Yung Milla, Dear Sunday, TOWNS and Georgia Lines.

The likes of Alex the Astronaut, dust, Dear Seattle, Sly Withers, Stand Atlantic and Gretta Ray were part of BIGSOUND 2024’s first lineup announcement, along with rising talents DoloRRes, The Belair Lip Bombs, Rowena Wise, r.em.edy, Jerome Blazé, and plenty more.

Several First Nations acts will perform at the event, including Maanyung, Ray Dimakarri Dixon and Kiwat Kennell, while the likes of NO CIGAR, Dick Move, Paige, Park RD, Reiki Ruawai and DARTZ will make the trip over from Aotearoa.

Amyl and the Sniffers’ Amy Taylor and US pop artist Kelis were previously announced as BIGSOUND 2024’s keynote speakers. Reps from VibeLab, Billboard, Download Festival Europe and Music Venue Trust will also travel to Australia to take part in the conference.

Numerous local music industry figures have been added to the conference program, including Double J’s Tim Shiel, Amyl and the Sniffers managers Andrew Parisi and Simone Ubaldi, Vinyl Group’s Josh Simons, and APRA AMCOS’s Amy McNickle.
