Confidence Man are returning home for a major Australian tour in October and November 2024. The four-piece, led by Janet Planet and Sugar Bones, have named the tour “3AM (LA LA LA),” a nod to their upcoming third album, due in mid-October.

Planet, Bones and bandmates Reggie Goodchild and Clarence McGuffie will play shows in Fremantle, Adelaide, Sydney, Brisbane, Torquay and Melbourne. They’ll be supported throughout by fellow Aussie in London, Loods. The band are working on the tour concept with lighting and production designer Rob Sinclair, whose previous clients include Kylie Minogue, Madonna and Tame Impala.

Confidence Man have zeroed in on club sounds on their latest bunch of singles. They teamed up with DJ Seinfeld on “Now U Do,” Daniel Avery on “On & On (Again)” and DJ BORING on “Forever 2.”

“I CAN’T LOSE YOU,” the lead single from the forthcoming 3AM (LA LA LA), continues in this vein, indulging in summery, early-00s Ibiza house. 3AM (LA LA LA) will be out on Friday 18 October via I OH YOU. Pre-order here.
