Vika Bull of The Black Sorrows
Released in 1990, Harley and Rose is The Black Sorrows’ most enduring LP. The title track was the bigger hit, but the album’s third single, “Never Let Me Go,” still gives you tingles more than three decades after its release.
“Never Let Me Go” was released as a single in January 1991 and peaked at #30 on the ARIA chart. Vika Bull sings lead on the track, with her sister Linda pitching in with rousing backing vocals. The Bulls stayed with Joe Camilleri and his Black Sorrows for just one more album before releasing their debut duo album, Vika and Linda, in 1994.
